The journey began even before the official merger, as discussed in the previous blog, but since everything has become official, the idea is to frame our growth and development with planning. Because of this and due to the monitoring of all our projects, it will be discussed at the collegium every week. Our first collegium was held in Leskovac, in the middle of Wednesday, when we thought more about what we had not finished, than what the topic of the meeting was. Since we were welcomed as befits, it was time to "do something".

The topic of the meeting - "us" or "them". After so many years of dealing with telecommunications, sales, assembly, and construction, it seems that we have forgotten the essence of our work - better, easier, and better communication. We forgot to communicate. Lost in our own system, trapped in our former companies, we didn't even realize that we had a common goal. Let's not fight windmills, but join forces against them. That we are not angry competition, but we have become one simple WE.

In order to understand that, we obviously needed to meet, for Belgrade to go to Leskovac and to bring to the table everything that was rumored, passed through the ranks. After we reconciled the parties, realized who we are, it was time to deal with our goal and determine which path we are taking. All our sectors should function as one, like Geberung. Someone once said: Start at the beginning and go all the way until you reach the end. Then stop it.

We have laid the foundations, it would be time to continue the construction in order to bring those mentioned goals closer. We are raising old projects - L4, Izgradnja, DTH to a higher level, and new projects such as Smart Houses and Solar Panels, taught by experience and with our work habits, will be even more successful. Telecommunications are our beginnings, and time and the improvement of skills and technologies have led us to new paths, which we will overcome together.

In the previous text we mentioned assumptions, so maybe that happened here too, we assumed that we are one, and we should have put effort into it. Trust is built, and the ease of cooperation comes from the time invested in it. An example obeys much better than a rebuke, so Belgrade and Leskovac become one - Geberung.
